El 26 de noviembre de 2020 se celebró en el hotel Holiday Inn de Skopje un evento multiplicador en el marco del proyecto PREDICT - Prevención de catástrofes TIC (tecnologías de la información y la comunicación) realizado en el marco del programa Erasmus+ de la Unión Europea (KA201-Asociación estratégica para la educación escolar). Durante el evento multiplicador se presentaron los resultados de la investigación realizada en el marco del Producto Intelectual 1 "Creación de un marco metodológico (capacitación e investigación informática) relativo a la capacitación inclusiva de los niños, los jóvenes y las personas con discapacidad".

Después de un verano marcado por la influencia negativa del Covid-19 lleno de nuevas normas de distanciamiento social y restricción de movimientos, el proyecto Predict continúa su evolución. Todos los socios del proyecto, en Macedonia del Norte, España y Bulgaria, están trabajando en el desarrollo de contenidos para convertir la plataforma http://www.projectpredict.eu/ en portal de referencia en relación a la reacción ante desastres ( terremotos, inundaciones, e incendios).

The second phase of the ATS VIP Project is underway. This phase is entitled “Creation of an OER for accessible, safety and secure travelling of visually impaired persons” It began in April 2020 and is scheduled to be completed by the end of December 2020. The aim of IO2 is the development of the OER platform that will contain information and innovative content related to accessibility, safety and protection during the trip, especially adapted to people with visual impairment and blindness. Accessible Travel Solutions for Visually Impaired Persons (ATSforVIP) is an Erasmus+ project financed by the European Union. The consortium of partners, Mreza za Dozivotno Ucenje (Lifelong Learning Network) North Macedonia, IT Solutions for All Spain and Asociatia Babilon Travel Romania, were working on the first intelectual output of the projet which aims at development of a methodology meant to study and compare accessibility and mobility services present in the European countries, mainly focusing on accessible tourism and confront these findings with the needs of visual impaired persons. Project Predict continues making progress towards its goal, which is to become an effective tool for young children and people with disabilities to know how to react in case of disasters, mainly fires, earthquakes and floods. To this aim, training modules are being developed that are affordable and accessible to the target population.
